Ross Kantner serves HealthPro’s clients as Director of Coding & Billing Operations. As a full partner with over 20 years of experience, he is an expert in IC9 and CPT coding. Ross has significant financial operations and management experience at several businesses including Union Savings & Trust Company and Bank One. Ross received his degree in Business Administration from Malone College in Canton, Ohio. Ross is active in the AHRA, RBMA, and HBMA.
Ross' conscientiousness and willingness to assume responsibility stand out among his many abilities and virtues. The staff and clients of HealthPro enjoy dealing with Ross for these strengths and the many more he displays.
Don Rodden, CPA, serves HealthPro’s clients as CFO and Director of Business Development. As a full partner with over 24 years of experience, he is an expert in accounting, billing, and medical practice management. Prior to HealthPro, Don built and sold a successful accounting practice which delivered practice management services to physicians and led the operations and dramatic growth of a telecom company as its CFO. Don is an honors graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He is the author of ‘How Money is Lost in Medical Billing,’ speaks at various billing industry events, and is on the government relations committee of the Healthcare Billing Management Association.
Don’s personable demeanor, conscientious style, and commitment to live out the highest standard of moral and personal ethics stand out and are enjoyed by HealthPro’s client physicians, staff and vendors.
John Stiles serves HealthPro’s physician clients as Director of Information Services. As a full partner and expert in the insurance industry, John has been part of the medical billing industry at large since 1981. Clients frequently rely on John’s expert advice to navigate the choppy waters of big insurance. Prior to HealthPro, John owned Phoenix Medical Billing, Inc. and founded Professional Management Consultants, Inc., both forerunners of HealthPro. Previously, John worked in the insurance industry for Nationwide Insurance and Celina Group. John received his Bachelors Degree from Ohio State, with dual majors in Risk Management and Mathematical Statistics. He is active in the RBMA, HBMA, MGMA, served extensively as an officer in RBMA, and presented in conjunction with IBM on medical accounts receivable.
John's dedication and commitment to the highest moral and ethical guidelines are above reproach and have served to enhance the benefits to the clients and personnel he serves.
