 John Stiles
Compliance Officer and Director of Information Services
John is a principal with over 30 years of physician practice management and medical billing experience.
Following his actuarial work early in his career, John moved into physician practice management and medical billing management in 1981. He subsequently acquired the forerunner entity to HealthPro along with founding a physician practice management company.
John received his Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University, with dual majors in Risk Management and Mathematical Statistics. He is active in the RBMA, HBMA, MGMA, served extensively as an officer in RBMA, and has co-presented with IBM on medical accounts receivable.
He has co-authored several Case Studies and Expert Guides such as How to KNOW if Insurance Payers are Exploiting You. |

 Don Rodden, CPA, CHBME
CFO and Dirctor of Business Development
Don is a principal with over 30 years of practice experience with over 20 years specific to the medical billing industry.
Prior to medical billing, he was the manager of a CPA firm’s tax department and developed his own CPA and practice management firm.
Don is an honors graduate of Anderson University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. He serves on the national board of the Healthcare Billing Management Association, the HBMA Government Relations Committee, and chairs the HBMA Publications Committee.
He has authored or co-authored several Case Studies and Expert Guides such as How 22% of Physicians’ Money is Lost in Medical Billing. He is also an active member of RBMA, MGMA and the OSCPA. |

 Cori Guagenti
Physician Services
Cori joined HealthPro in 2008 with more than 20 years of managerial, leadership, sales and training experience.
She earned her B.A. in Speech Communication from the College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, MN with an emphasis in Business Marketing.
Cori was the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Claims for a large national insurance company and has prior experience in employee group benefits. |

 Brian Nye
Director of Operations
Brian joined HealthPro in April of 2007 following over 18 years experience in radiology management.
He received his B.A. in Organizational Management from Bluffton University and his A/S in Radiology from Owens Community College.
Brian was the Director of Radiology for 14 years at a large regional medical center and has extensive experience in clinical and administrative management. |

 Brendala Anspaugh
Director of Administration
Brendala has over 25 years experience in Human Resource Management.
She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin University and has Associate degrees in both Human Resources and Business Management.
Brendala was an AVP, Human Resources Manager for one of the largest international banks and has prior experience in both finance and HR management. |
